Title: Engıneerıng softwares used ın the food engıneerıng educatıon

Abstract. The aim of the presented article is to present some selected personal-computer softwares used in the food engineering. These selected programs are friendly for the use by students but also enough professional to be usable for practical tasks in food technology.
