Title: Issues and methodology of the investigations on reservoirs influence on ground water level in their surroundings – Jeziorsko reservoir case study
Abstract. Methodology and issues of the investigations on reservoirs influence on ground water level in their surroundings was carried out. Moreover, the influence of the reservoirs on overlaying aquifers was considered. On the basis of groundwater level analysis the characteristic of groundwater level changes in the multi-layered hydrogeological system of the uplands occurring in the zone of permanent water storage in the reservoir is shown. The analysis was carried out referring to the water level of the reservoir, precipitation volume and geological structure. The conclusion of this research is a presented extent of the reservoir influence after 16 year of it’s exploitation.
